It was initially televised on ABS-CBN, dubbed in Filipino (Tagalog) on June 5, 2011, and was replayed on June 20 and October 28. The movie re-aired on its movie cable network during the thanksgiving season due to viewers' requests at 8 pm. It was shown again on March 30, 2012, and June 9, 2012, under free movie block Kapamilya Blockbusters. The full and uncut scenes are aired on its subsidiary network and Filipino-Asian Blockbuster Movie Network on Cable Cinema One.
I fell in love with the movie! It was something could totally relate to. Especially when Nam goes the extra mile to go to the bathroom just to see Shone. lol i remember i had this huge crush on a senior who ran track with me. I would run to the water fountain that was on the other side of the track just to see him. I would be happy if i would see him in the track field, and everytime we were in the same events. Sadly it didnt work out, It was bad timing. but im sooo happy there will be a sequal!! :))
crazy little thing called love full movie download free
I have spoken extensively about the importance of gentle morning routines on here before, and I have a little update in that realm before we dive into the reading: a couple days ago, I purchased an annual subscription for The Practice Co. The Practice Co is a devotional app encouraging holistic, inclusive, and embodied spirituality. Historically, I haven’t had much genuine interest in daily Bible studies, and I think that the immense pressure placed on Christians to “spend time in the Word everyday” is yet another example of evangelicalism failing to get its priorities straight. However, I do love my routines- coffee, morning sunlight, and something meaningful and hopeful to read. So, it was with that in mind that I decided to download this app. I have really enjoyed the two-minute readings so far, and I would recommend them for anyone else who finds themselves in a similar place spiritually.
As I was reflecting on Chapter Six of Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, my mind kept circling back to a particular film director: Hayao Miyazaki, and the Studio Ghibli movies. I first fell in love with Studio Ghibli after watching Kiki’s Delivery Service four or five years ago. (I still haven’t watched all of them, but isn’t that part of what the summer is for?) Kiki’s Delivery Service tells the story of a young witch who must leave her home and become independent for a year as part of her mandatory training. While she manages to find a community in which to live, she struggles to truly belong, and find friends who will accept her for who she is. Add her sarcastic cat Jiji, a budding friendship with a cheerful young aviator, and her delivery service, and this movie is nothing short of delightful. As I was reflecting on Kiki’s, though, I started wondering: what is it about Studio Ghibli movies that is so refreshing, captivating, even?
I think that the answer is simpler than many of us would like to believe. Kiki’s Delivery Service is very much in the same vein of other family-friendly films with an eye for beauty and simplicity, like The Secret of Kells or Song of the Sea (and yes, I will absolutely be writing about both of these at a later date). These movies make a point of romanticising the little things in life, whether it be cooking a delicious breakfast, or lying in the grass listening to music. “Mundane” isn’t all that different from “magical”, movies like Kiki’s Delivery Service suggest to the audience. After all, how is it that Kiki manages to get her flying abilities back? (Warning! Spoiler incoming!) She listens to the advice of her spunky artist friend, Ursula, who tells her:
